Bicycle Fitting Services

1. Body Fitting  = 1.5 hours in length. Cost $150.00 plus parts (saddle, stem, or handlebar can equal $80-120 if needing replacement.) A body fitting can be done on a road bike or hybrid bike or mtn bike. In a body fitting we go through a complete interview. Then we do a series of tests to find out about strength, range of motion and flexibility and injury. We adjust seat fore and aft, seat height , handlebar height, and stem length.  

2. Body Fitting with Aero bars. For a road bike with clip on aero bars = 2.0 hours in length. Starting with a body fitting and getting your road bike set up in the best possible position we then add Aerobars to this picture and combine the two together for the best of both worlds. $200

3. Body Fitting for Triathlon – TT bike. = This fitting is a two part process with the first visit crafting the best hypothesis of your ideal position. The second visit allows use to review how you are doing and what changes you may need.  2.5 hours in length on the first visit and one hour for the second visit.  $250.00.

4. Cleat Fit = 1 hour in length. Cost $100.00. Cleat fits are done on existing bikes. Taking into account your specific needs we look at the alignment of the hips, knees, feet. We then use special tools to be able to understand your body’s alignment.  We may use shims or wedges under your cleats or footbeds inside your shoes to help us align your body correctly.

5. Size Cycle Fit = 2 appointments -> First appointment 2 hours in length, second appointment 1 hour in length. Cost $300.00. Size cycle is used when purchasing a new bike. For someone wanting to know their ideal size and perfect fit. We use a completely adjustable stationary bike to design you ideal position and then gather the measurements from that fitting to help you design you custom bike or to purchase the closest stock bike to those measurements. On your second appointment we make sure the bike you found or had custom made is correctly set up to fit as we planned. 

6. Triathlon – Time Trial Size Cycle Fitting.  This is a three part fitting. Using the completely adjustable Exit Fitting Bike we craft your ideal position based on all the information we have gathered. Next we transfer your measurements into a Stack and Reach measurement and then we are able to send you shopping for the bike of your dreams! The second visit we are then able to align your new machine to the position that we had found in our first visit.  After you have ridden for a few months you will come back for your third visit to review and make any final adjustments. First visit 2.5 hours Second visit 1 hour Third visit 1 hour. $350. Must have seat and Aero bars determined before hand!

7. Body alignment work. Create a program to work on your tight areas and address range of motion issues that keep you from the position you would like on the bike. Using yoga we will develop just the right series of stretches that help you feel more comfortable and powerful on the bike. $75.00 per hour

8. Transfer fitting.  Using the numbers that we so carefully found in your first fitting and transferring them to your second bike or new bike.   $75.00 plus parts
